I do an alla prima class once a week - and I love it -we're trying to get to grips with value and tone - it's a 3 hr pose mostly with a model - Laurie - but once we did a master copy - which was great fun - the Sargent below
I always find fabric very challenging but Sargent was a master of it and the perfect choice for the exercise. You've caught the flow of the fabric well and done a great job with the accuracy of the composition. I'm impressed. Linda
